2. DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSE

Ziovox is an ideological, social, and geolocated RPG. To deliver our features, we collect securely:

• Account Info: Your email address and username during identity creation.
• One-Time Location: Ziovox requests your GPS coordinates only once during authentication to locate your profile within your local city grid. We do not perform any continuous or background location tracking.

3. INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY

Your player profile and data metrics are securely processed within the European Union (Hetzner servers, Germany). All connections established between the application client and our database infrastructure are fully encrypted in transit via SSL protocols.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Due to the social and community alignment elements of our gameplay, Ziovox accounts are strictly limited to individuals who are 16 years of age or older.

5. YOUR RIGHTS & ERASURE

Under global data protection laws (GDPR), you hold absolute rights to access, update, or purge your records. Complete account and data destruction can be initialized instantly inside the mobile app menu layout: Menu → Profile → Delete Account.
